Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role (CDP Pastry or equivalent).
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts, Pastry, or related field.
Strong knowledge of pastry kitchen operations, baking techniques, ingredients and production flow.
Able to supervise daily pastry production, ensure quality, consistency and presentation standards.
Adaptive to current pastry and dessert trends and capable of product development.
Passionate individual with good leadership, communication, interpersonal and time management skills
For Indonesian citizenship.
